Manage full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, training administration, performance management, compensation, work pass administration and HR reporting.
Maintain employee records, attendance, HR documentation and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
Support employee engagement, CSR activities, audits and HR projects.
Oversee general administration, including company vehicles, insurance, office facilities and renovation projects.
Support Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) administration, including work injury reporting and claims.
The Person:
Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Familiar with MOM regulations and Singapore Employment Act.
Organised, meticulous and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
