Executive / Senior Executive (Human Resources)

Human Resource

• Managing full suite of staff recruitment process (sourcing, screening and interviewing) as well as selection and onboarding
• Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing new HR policies & initiatives
• Administration of the HR System Modules (Personnel, Appraisal & Training)
• Coordinate with external training providers on course run and registration
• Assist in renewal of insurance policies and submission of insurance claims
• Assist in planning quarterly Staff Engagement Programmes
• Assist in monthly payroll administration
• Other HR operation and administration

Workplace Safety & Health

• Assist Risk Management Leader and work with RM team formulate guidelines and organize events on Workplace Safety & Health
• Follow up on additional risk controls to ensure action done in closing the gaps
• Plan training for RM members and company-wide education safety talks

• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Knowledge of HR and payroll systems and Microsoft 365 Office will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Data Analytics will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates (Polytechnic diploma or degree are welcome to apply)
