Looking to gain exposure in technology recruitment within Govt Project? We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring activities and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and hiring teams
• Manage interview logistics and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support end-to-end recruitment coordination activities, including interview arrangements and candidate communications
• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to facilitate hiring activities
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information within recruitment systems
• Support ad-hoc recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives as required

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition support, HR administration, or similar administrative roles
