Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, performance, promotion and bonus exercises.
• Support and maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate employee data and system records.
• Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual work.
• Support the implementation of digital forms, automation initiatives and system enhancements.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and data analysis to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation and user guides.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve HR processes and system efficiency.
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Systems, HRIS, HR Projects or Process Improvement is a plus.
