• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Salary: Up to $6,500 + Medical Plan + Statutory Leave Benefits 

About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support the hiring of technology professionals across various functions. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and building talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions, while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent across technology-related functions
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify potential candidate pools and industry trends
• Engage passive and active candidates through various sourcing channels and networking platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing plans
• Leverage sourcing tools, databases, and social media platforms to identify suitable candidates
• Track sourcing activities and provide market insights to support recruitment strategies
• Support recruitment process improvement initiatives and candidate engagement activities

Requirements:

• Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably within the technology sector 
• Singaporean only 
• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
