• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organisation’s mission and long-term objectives, including workforce planning, talent forecasting, and succession planning to ensure organisational sustainability and capability growth.
• Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain high-calibre talent, while driving performance management, career development, and employee retention programmes.
• Design and implement learning and development frameworks to strengthen employee competencies, support professional growth, and enhance workforce effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with public service policies and regulations.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and workplace culture initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with public sector guidelines and budgetary considerations.

Requirements:

• Min 12 years of HR experience, Experience within Singapore's Public Service or government-linked companies strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, organisational transformation, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
