HR Admin Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Assistant to support daily HR operations and administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation to support compliance and operational needs
• Coordinate recruitment activities by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process
• Assist with onboarding new hires and offboarding departing employees to facilitate seamless transitions
• Support leave administration, track attendance, and prepare payroll data to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
• Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide administrative assistance to support HR team functions
• Participate in employee engagement activities and assist with other HR initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture
• Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently to complete HR tasks efficiently and accurately
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and candidates to foster effective collaboration
• Organize HR materials and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information to uphold data privacy standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
