HR Admin Executive

📍 Tuas (Transport from Marsiling and Jurong East MRT)
⏰ Mon to Fri, 8.30 AM – 5.15 PM

What You'll Do

• Handle general admin duties including filing, data entry, and document management
• Answer and direct phone calls to the relevant departments
• Coordinate with vendors for office services (cleaning, transport, water filtration, plants, etc.)
• Manage pantry and stationery replenishment and monthly food voucher distribution
• Support monthly payroll processing, including attendance and overtime checking
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Source and administer staff training needs
• Liaise with vendors on dormitory matters
• Plan and organise employee engagement activities and company events

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma in HRM/ Administration/ Business Studies
• Min 1 year of experience in an admin or HR support role
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
