· Establish recruitment goals and introduce measurements to determine key success factors
· Formulate and drive initiatives for existing leaders to sustain and increase the agency strength
· Recruitment growth for organic and inorganic new leaders and wealth managers
· Working with the business development team to deliver and track success of the group
· Organise and execute recruitment activities
· Working with training department to develop and improve performance for new sales force
· To provide clear strategy for different segmentation of potential recruits i.e. experienced agents, mid-career switch, specific industry cross-over, fresh graduates, etc.
