Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsiblefor the HR and admin operations.
2. Handledaily end-to-end HR operations, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding,ensure proper HR documents, maintain payroll and CPF contributionsrecords, employee tax clearance (IR8A/IR21),corporate insuranceand ensuring strict compliance with local statutoryregulations.
3. Handleadministrative matters in the regional office to ensure smooth dailyoperations.
4. Liaisewith headquarters and relevant internal departments to ensure seamlesscommunication, cross-border coordination, and implementation of HR andadministrative tasks.
5. Performother ad-hoc HR and admin duties as assigned to support team and organizationalneeds
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma/ Higher NITEC or above in HR or Business Administration with 3-5 years ofexperience.
2. Familiarwith Singapore Employment Act, Tripartite Guidelines, and MOM regulations.
3. Familiarwith Singapore's personal income tax declaration, salary and benefits, andrelated practices.
4. Excellentcommunication and organisational skills and ability to handle confidentialinformation. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) tofacilitate smooth communication, report writing, and translation with ChinaHeadquarters.
