Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Manage statutory submissions including CPF contributions, tax clearance (IR21), and annual IR8A filing in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure payroll practices remain aligned with updates to employment legislation and statutory guidelines.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, talent sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and employment documentation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, internal transfers, relocation, offboarding, and exit management.
Manage work pass applications (new applications, renewals, and cancellations) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Administer employee insurance matters, including policy purchase and renewals (e.g., WICA, medical, travel insurance).
Advise employees on insurance coverage, claims procedures, and related matters.
Handle employee disciplinary matters and grievances, ensuring cases are managed fairly, professionally, and in alignment with company policies and government regulations.
Provide HR advisory support to management and staff on workplace matters.
Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
Support applications for relevant training grants and funding schemes where applicable.
Organise employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Recommend process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience
Coordinate and administer the company’s performance appraisal exercise.
Compile and consolidate appraisal results for management review.
Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation process and standards.
Job Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in operations, preferable in manufacturing industries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact across all levels.
Process experience in HRMS system such as Info-Tech
Must be a team player
