Duties and Responsibilities
HR:
• Provide day to day support for HR administration function
• Handle work pass, s-pass and employment pass matters (application, renewal, update, cancellation)
• Assist in the recruitment process
• Handle preparation of offer letter, confirmation letter, employment letter and etc.
• Assist in identifying, establishing and maintaining a HR system
• Support and administer the company’s HR policies and mandates
• Conduct proper training and development plan
• Assist in payroll management and preparation
• Administer any Employee Relation functions
• Ensure adherence to company administrative procedures
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by Managing Director.
Admin:
• Handling office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
• Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
• Maintain polite and professional communication to all parties via phone, email, and mail.
• Handle and ensure security of confidential documents.
• Organise office and assist associates in ways that optimise procedures.
• Submit and reconcile expense and claims reports.
• Assist in Human Resource Management activities.
• Other duties as and when assigned.
