HR & Admin Manager (Manufacturing West)

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding

• Oversee monthly payroll processing, compensation & benefits administration, insurance matters, and statutory compliance

• Support HR operations across Singapore and coordinate HR matters with China and Vietnam offices

• Partner closely with department managers and key stakeholders to resolve HR operational and employee-related matters

• Review, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures

• Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary issues, and employee engagement activities

• Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports and manpower statistics

• Support HR process improvement initiatives and HR system enhancements

• Oversee office administration, travel arrangements, work pass applications, and vendor management

• Liaise with external service providers, government agencies, and business partners

About you

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent

• 5 years of HR experience with strong hands-on exposure to HR operations and payroll administration

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required

• Experience supporting regional HR operations will be an advantage

• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compensation & benefits, and Singapore Employment Act

• Good stakeholder management and employee relations skills

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
