Job Description - HR & Office Operations Partner

Position Summary

Reporting to the Regional Senior HR Manager, this role supports HR administration, office operations, travel coordination, recruitment support and employee engagement for our Singapor eoffice. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, HRIS and employee records.

·        Administer probation, leave, employee data changes, insurance enrolment and statutory HR administration.

·        Liaise with external vendors including insurance, HRIS, recruitment and other service providers.

·        Provide office administration, front desk, secretarial and meeting coordination support.

·        Administer employee expense claims, validate invoices and prepare payment requests.

·        Manage office facilities, procurement, assets, inventory, office supplies and vendor coordination.

·        Prepare HR, operational and management reports and support document administration.

·        Coordinate business travel, travel insurance, visa applications and travel documentation.

·        Support recruitment activities, interview coordination and onboarding arrangements.

·        Organize employee engagement activities, town halls, learning program and company events.

·        Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Regional Senior HR Manager.

Job Requirements

·        Diploma or Degree in HumanResources, Business Administration or related discipline.

·        At least 5 years of relevant HR, office administration or operational support experience.

·        Good knowledge of Singapore HR administration and employment practices.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.

·        Basic understanding of invoice, payment and expense administration.

·        Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Meticulous, proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.

·        High level of integrity and able to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.
