Job Description - HR Assistant / HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Process payroll and ensure timely salary payments.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance.
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation, resignation, and other HR-related letters.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company HR policies.
  • Liaise with government agencies, external vendors, and relevant authorities when required.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Experience in payroll processing and Singapore HR practices is preferred.
  • Knowledge of MOM employment regulations and work pass administration is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
