HR Business Partner

Our client, an SGX-listed industrial manufacturing group, is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their lean HR team in Singapore. This is a hands-on role combining HR operations and business partnering, supporting the full employee lifecycle, compensation and performance processes, HR analytics, and employee engagement initiatives.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
• Partner with managers to provide HR advice and support on people-related matters.
• Assist with performance management, salary reviews, promotions, and other annual HR activities.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain employee data, and support HR system administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
• Support HR projects, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of HR operations or HR business partnering experience.
• Exposure to compensation, performance management, and HR reporting.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices.
• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
