Job Description - HR Business Partner

  • Partnering with leadership team to develop succession plans and strategies
  • Bring people expertise and develop solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy
  • Lead the regional HR team opearations & agendas
  • Carrying out investigations in response to employee relations matter
  • Engaging in meaningful conflict resolution and handling employee behaviour
  • Dealing with organisational administrative duties such as payroll administration, employee benefits, and leave requirements
  • Aiding and advising leadership members on new hires and terminations
  • Use evidence and data to identify people priorities for the business and address future workforce needs.
  • Influence and build relationships with people around the business.
  • Act as a local point of people expertise for specialist teams that are implementing new people approaches.
