Job Description - HR Business Partner

Partnering with leadership team to develop succession plans and strategies
Bring people expertise and develop solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy
Lead the regional HR team opearations & agendas
Carrying out investigations in response to employee relations matter
Engaging in meaningful conflict resolution and handling employee behaviour
Dealing with organisational administrative duties such as payroll administration, employee benefits, and leave requirements
Aiding and advising leadership members on new hires and terminations
Use evidence and data to identify people priorities for the business and address future workforce needs.
Influence and build relationships with people around the business.
Act as a local point of people expertise for specialist teams that are implementing new people approaches.
