Job Description - HR Business Partner/ HR Manager (MNC/ Regional Role)

Responsibilities

  • Regularly engage with cross functional business leaders on organisation design, policy deployment and implementation of the Company’s HR strategy and priorities
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, programs to enhance positive employee engagement and experience, drive high performance culture. Provide ‘people’ solutions through data analysis and reporting for management decision making.
  • Execute Compensation and Benefit programs, payroll management for the region.
  • Manage recruitment activities to ensure the best candidates are selected for each role, include advertising, interviewing, testing, negotiating employment offers, relocation, orientation/induction training.
  • Responsible for Talent Review and People Development solutions to strengthen core competencies and align with career frameworks
  • Drive a high-performance culture emphasising accountability, achievement. Responsible for organization`s performance management process.
  • Develop annual Training Plan to support business managers to fulfil the plan within budget.
  • Maintain and manage HRIS as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, including regular HR reporting, Manpower Planning and Budgeting.
  • Ensure employment regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in human resources or related field
  • At least 10 years of HR working experience, with 5 years in a managerial role handling recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits and employee relations
  • Experience working with diverse culture and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiar with developing organisational development and talent development programs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
