HR Executive
Job Summary:
As an HR Executive you will be responsible for managingthe employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate shouldhave experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar withrelevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
· Implementingand managing HR policies and procedures
· Managingrecruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, andconducting background checks
· Maintainingemployee records and updating HR databases
· Managingemployee benefits and compensation packages
· Conductingperformance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
· Addressingemployee relations issues and resolving conflicts
· Ensuringcompliance with labor laws and regulations
· Preparingand presenting HR-related reports to management
Qualifications:
· Diploma inHuman Resources Management or related field
· 2+ years ofexperience in HR or a related field
· Familiaritywith HR-related laws and regulations
· Proficiencyin Microsoft Office
· Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
· Strongorganizational and time management skills
· Ability tomaintain a high level of confidentiality
· Detail-orientedand able to prioritize tasks
