Job Description - HR Executive

  • Assisting & supporting the HR Manager in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, compensation, maintaining information in the HR systems.
  • Manage and coordinate the full onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, system setup, and exit clearance.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations for foreign employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, employment history, and benefits.
  • Coordinate HR-related activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, training course registration.
  • Support recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
  • Process and manage the company’s payroll, ensuring accuracy of bank details and timely submission of bank files, investigate, analyze, and resolve payroll issues that may arise.
  • Responsible for end-to-end payroll computation and ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Submission of monthly CPF and refunds, submission of NS and government paid leave claims.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and report as required.
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
  • Manage the internal leave administration system, update and adjust statutory leave entitlements. 
  • Ad-Hoc duties requested by HR-Manager.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Years of Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of working on ATS for Talent Acquisition would be advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Singapore employment law and fair recruitment practice
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of local employment laws.
  • Strong organizational & time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
