HR Executive

This role offers the opportunity to support strategic HR initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure across multiple HR functions, including talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement.

• Up to $4,000 per month
• Contract Period: 6 months
• Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Location: West region

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR Business Partners in daily HR operations, including talent management, performance management, recruitment, manpower planning, rewards, and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate with Shared Services teams to ensure smooth processing of staff appointments, re-appointments, and re-employment
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
• Maintain accurate HR records and support HR data management and reporting
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organisational objectives
• Liaise with academic and administrative stakeholders to support effective HR operations and service delivery

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 1–3 years of HR-related experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
