Job Responsibilities:
* Handle recruitment of foreign workers and local employees.
* Process Work Permit (WP), S Pass, and Employment Pass (EP)applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters.
* Coordinate worker onboarding, medical appointments, cardregistration, and orientation.
* Liaise with MOM, employment agencies, dormitories,training providers, and other external parties.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Arrange safety training and monitor course records.
* Support payroll administration and general HR duties.
* Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned bymanagement.
Requirements:
* GCE ‘O’ Level or above.
* Relevant HR or administrative experience is preferred(construction industry experience is an advantage).
* Familiar with MOM Work Permit procedures is an advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
* Able to communicate in English. Mandarin is an advantageto liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees and clients.
