HR Executive

• Position: HR Executive

• Location: Kallang (near to Kallang/Bendemeer MRT)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + $100 Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Construction and Telecommunications

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents

• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases

• Coordinate monthly payroll

• Administer employee leave, attendance, and benefits

• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations where applicable

• Assist with disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and exit procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
