Job Description - HR Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions for approximately 100 employees.
  • Handle recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Process attendance and leave administration.
  • Coordinate payroll-related documentation.
  • Manage general HR administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Arrange weekly cleaning schedules for the office and company HDB (twice a week).
  • Support employee welfare and office administrative matters.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience.
  • Experience handling end-to-end HR functions independently.
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders.

Work Details

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
