Job Description:

• Manage and process payroll accurately and timely, including compliance with statutory requirements and Personal Income Tax (PIT) regulations. Candidates with experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and/or Thailand payroll and tax regulations are preferred.
• Support corporate tax (CIT), personal income tax (PIT), withholding tax, and other tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Assist with basic accounting functions, including financial record maintenance, reconciliations, and coordination with finance stakeholders where required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Review, update, and administer HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Compile, analyze, and maintain HR and business-related data for reporting, statistical analysis, and management reporting purposes.
• Monitor changes in employment legislation and regulatory requirements, ensuring HR practices remain compliant with applicable Employment Acts and labor regulations.
• Provide administrative support and handle ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant HR, payroll, administration, or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory requirements, including personal income tax, corporate tax, withholding tax, and related compliance matters.
• Familiarity with Singapore MOM regulations, Employment Act requirements, and HR best practices.
• Experience with Infotech payroll and HR systems will be an advantage.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel when required.
