HR Executive (2 years contract / Healthcare)

As a HR Executive, you will be responsible for the following job duties:

• Manage end to end HR activities and ensure accurate data entries in HRIS
• Partner with Nursing management team to understand nursing professional needs
• Managing of onboarding program to support culture settlement of new hires
• Plan recruitment activities and manpower deployment of staff
• Manage staff database and leave records
• Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign work passes
• General HR administration, such as preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letter etc
• Process government paid maternity leave, childcare leave reimbursement etc

Requirement:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years HR administration experience
• Well verse with Singapore employment act and HR related practices
