Responsibilities
• Build-up networks and linkages with institutions and entities for recruitment • Follow up on recruitment needs • Prepare recruitment related reports • Update hiring details as needed • Conduct orientation with new joiners • Validate recruitment invoices and timesheets • Administer MOM surveys • Conduct Company Employees Satisfaction Survey • Organize and facilitate training sessions for employees • Handle exit-clearance procedures • Assist with employment engagement events • Negotiate outsource services • Process work pass applications, issuance, and renewal • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in HRM or equivalent • At least 2 years of working experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Meticulous, proactive, and a good team player • Able to start work immediately or at short notice
