Human Resource Executive

Salary: Up to $3,500
Location: Serangoon
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9am to 6pm

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee records management, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in payroll processing, leave administration, claims, and employee benefits
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and employee-related documents
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
• Coordinate performance appraisal and probation review processes
• Assist in training administration and employee development initiatives
• Ensure HR processes comply with Singapore employment regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Entry-level candidates or candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices will be advantageous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
