HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, learning and development, on/off boarding procedures, performance management etc.
• Manage all Work Pass related matters including application, renewal, cancellation, etc.
• Facilitate appropriate training and development activities for employees including staff orientation, staff communication etc.
• To undertake any other ad hoc HR/administrative duties as assigned from time to time

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resource generalist role and payroll administration
• Experience in Info-Tech HRMS will be advantageous
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
