HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process such as advertising, screening and scheduling and interview
• Responsible for work passes application, renewal, cancellation, 6 mthly medical checkup and MOM related survey
• Handle onboarding and orientations for new employees
• Handle WICA and H & S claim
• Assist the HR Manager with daily HR operations and duties

Job Requirement

• NITEC, Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in HR administration
• Good interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of people
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to deal with PRC Chinese speaking employees.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Singaporean or Singapore PR only
• 5 days week
