Job Description

• Position Title: HR Executive
• Working Location: Senoko
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Oversee payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
• Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Address employee relations issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain employee data, records, and reports for HR projects and initiatives.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience specifically in the F&B industry.
• Minimum Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or any related field.
• Knowledge of MOM regulations and experience in handling work pass applications.
• Able to commit OT as and when needed.
