Job Description - HR Executive (Basic up to 3.5k / 5 days)

Summary:

Basic range from 3k - 3.5k (Depending on experience)
Variable bonus

Work Location: Admiralty

Work Week: Mon - Fri | 9.30am - 6.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in line with organization's goals
Manage onboarding and offboarding process
Handle employee relation issues fairly and consistently
Assist in recruitment and selection process
Handle payroll and work pass application
Conduct training programs for the employees to enhance their skills
Assist in the performance management process by guiding the manager on performance reviews and development plans
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Other ad hoc duties when required

Requirements:

Min.1 year of HR working experience
Able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
