HR Executive (Campus Recruitment) 1 Year contract #HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of campus recruitment and internship programmes.
• Manage the end-to-end internship recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Coordinate internship programme logistics and support a positive intern experience throughout the programme.
• Assist in planning and executing campus engagement activities, career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Conduct market research and gather talent intelligence to support campus hiring strategies.
• Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support other HR projects and perform ad hoc duties assigned by the team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, campus recruitment, or HR operations is preferred.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
