HR Executive (Generalist)

About:

Our cleint is are currently seeking a hands-on HR Executive (Generalist) to support HR operations and grow with the business.

Responsibilities:

• Support full spectrum of HR functions, including HR operations and administration
• Partner closely with overseas business units to ensure smooth HR service delivery
• Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries and matters
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including business leaders and line managers
• Provide HR advisory support and ensure timely resolution of HR issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR generalist experience.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of payroll processes is required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Meticulous, independent, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to $4,200, with AWS and Performance Bonus
• Location: Genting Lane
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
