HR Executive (L&D)**Gul Circle

• Reporting to Assistant HR Manager - supporting in full HR spectrum including recruitment & selection, staff benefits & welfare and learning & development.
• Assist in all regional HR secretariat matters
• Learning & Development - review existing performance management form.
• To ensure all staff have the relevant skills to increase productivity and administer SDF and other governmental grants for claim submission.
• Support Subject-Matter-Expert to develop, redesign and manage technical training curriculum for business units
• Assist in appropriate training methodology to enhance overall technical training programs in manufacturing areas
• Conduct training, perform evaluation on training & assessment
• Plan and coordinate in house and external training for Singapore business units
• Monitor and maintain proper training records
• Handle all employee matters - counselling, grievances etc.
• MOM - online processing of work pass for foreign workers

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder
• 1 to 2 years' experience in Learning & Development
• 5 days work near Gul Circle MRT
• Salary $3000 - $4500
• Start work within 1 month notice
