HR Executive (Payroll & Work Pass)

• Position: HR Executive

• Location: Defu Lane

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Gas Distributor

Main Responsibilities:

• Handles recruitment matters such as job postings, conducting interviews, preparation of employment contract and onboarding

• Maintain and update of employee personal files

• Manage payroll, foreign workers matters such as work pass, applications, renewal, etc

• Monitor and process contract renewals

• Handle staff training schedule and liaise with trainers regarding availability to conduct classes

• Handle submission for government training grant and staff absentee payroll claims

• Responsible for staff welfare activities coordination

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR and payroll

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
