Job Scope
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and agencies
Process monthly payroll, including salary computation, deductions, and statutory contributions (CPF, etc.)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits
Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or payroll
Familiarity with BIPO HR systems
Knowledge of local labor laws (e.g., Singapore Employment Act) is a plus
