HR Executive - Payroll (BIPO) & Recruitment (up $5000 AWS VB 3 mth)

Job Scope

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer management

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and agencies

• Process monthly payroll, including salary computation, deductions, and statutory contributions (CPF, etc.)

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes

• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations

• Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits

• Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 3-4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or payroll

• Familiarity with BIPO HR systems

• Knowledge of local labor laws (e.g., Singapore Employment Act) is a plus
