HR EXECUTIVE (RECRUITMENT)

-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any discipline.

-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred.

-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources (Recruitment) for Security Company

Job Scope:

Recruitment

• Sourcing and Prospecting (advertisements, recruiting agencies, government agencies, institutions of learning etc.)
• Interview arrangements.
• Preparation of Letter of Employment.
• Ensure Letter of Employment is in compliance with MOM requirement.

Application & Creation of new records for new hires

• Application of employment pass
• Application for PLRD notification
• Orientation and induction of new hires
• Follow up on confirmed candidates and job offers.
• Registration & creation of employee records in system

Preparation & Submission of Reports

• Updating manpower progress report.
• Recruitment tracking and progress report.
• Other reports required by Head of Department

Other Adhoc duties as and when required
