HR Executive (Recruitment/Payroll/Workpass)

Basic information: 

• Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
• Basic UP $3800
• Location: North
• AWS + VB

Job Scope: 

• Assist with payroll processing, salary verification, and preparation of payroll-related documentation.
• Facilitate hiring activities such as advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and preparing offers.
• Coordinate work pass matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and submissions to MOM.
• Oversee employee attendance, maintain personnel records, and perform monthly HR reconciliations.
• Handle staff reimbursement claims including medical, dental, and insurance-related matters.
• Assist with purchasing office supplies and managing vendor communications.
• Provide support for employee engagement programs, HR projects, and corporate events.

Additional Information: 

• Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
