HR Executive (Tuas, 5 Days, $3.8k)

Salary: $3,500 to $3,800
Work Days: 5 Days (8am to 5pm)
Work Location: Tuas

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and communication with hiring managers and external partners.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including orientation, HR system updates, documentation, and exit processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and administer employment life cycle matters such as confirmations, contract renewals, re-employment, retirement and work pass administration.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and employee-related documentation.
• Support payroll updates, employee movements, promotions and compensation changes.
• Maintain HR policies, SOPs and training records.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
• 2 to 3 years of HR experience preferably in a Singapore-based environment
• Familiar with Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms; experience with HR/payrollsystems is an advantage
• IHRP Certified Associate (IHRP-CA) is an added advantage
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Singaporean only need apply
