HR EXECUTIVE/ UP TO $4.5K/ TANJONG PAGAR

• Administer employee benefits and HR operations
• Organize staff engagement activities and company events
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Source training courses and provide administrative support
• Support application for government grants
• Execute HR and digitalization projects
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and statutory requirements
• Prepare routine reports and support in audits
• Oversee office administration, facilities and maintenance
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field
• 2 years of relevant experience in HR and administration
• Familiar with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations and statutory requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Good knowledge of office administration practices
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team
