HR Executive/Junior

Build your HR career through hands-on exposure to people operations and HR partnering.

This role supports HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR initiatives while working closely with stakeholders across the organisation..

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR Business Partners in day-to-day HR operations and people-related initiatives.
• Assist with recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate staff appointment, re-appointment, and re-employment processes.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth employee transitions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support HR data administration
• Work closely with stakeholders and shared services teams on HR matters.
• Support HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
