HR Executives

1. Payroll & Benefits Management

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify attendance, overtime, and allowance records for payroll.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Support recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination with hiring managers and candidates

3. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulatory requirements, including the administration of work pass applications and renewals.
• Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee and HR-related information.

4. Employee Relations & Enquiries

• Provide HR support on employee matters, including leave, payroll, insurance, and grievance handling
• Response timely to staff enquiries

5. HR Administration & Employee Records

• Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR databases.
• Track leave records, medical claims, travels.

6. Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate onboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, contracts, and certifications.
• Handle offboarding procedures, ensuring proper documentation and clearance.
