Job Description - HR Executive/Snr HR Executive

Details :

  • Location: North
  • Basic salary up to $4,500
  • Working days: 5 per week
  • Working hours: 8am - 5pm

Job scope :

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer administration.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements in a timely manner.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other related submissions to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files and HR databases.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employment letters, forms, and internal communications.
  • Manage employee attendance records, monitor attendance, and perform monthly attendance reconciliation.
  • Administer employee leave applications and maintain accurate leave records in the HR system.
  • Process employee reimbursement claims, including medical, dental, and insurance claims.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Verify attendance, leave records, claims, and payroll information prior to payroll processing.
  • Administer payroll activities, including statutory submissions, payroll updates, and resolution of payroll-related enquiries.
  • Coordinate employee training programmes, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and training record maintenance.
  • Prepare HR reports and support manpower planning through data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and internal HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR audits, compliance initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
  • Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
  • Assist in organising employee engagement activities, company events, and other HR initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support, including document filing, record management, and general office administration.
  • Coordinate the procurement of office supplies and liaise with external vendors when required.
  • Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HR & Admin Manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of HR/admin experience
  • Experience in Singapore work pass administration is an advantage
  • Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to go beyond and accept more responsibilities
