HR Generalist [West Up to $3800]

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible in full spectrum of HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development
• Prepare HR letters such as employment contracts, staff confirmation letters, promotion letters and other HR-related letter
• Conduct exit interviews to collect feedback aimed at enhancing employee retention, and present effective recruitment strategies
• Update and maintain precise records of employee data, personnel files, and all HR-related information.
• Manage work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations including procuring security bonds and overseeing foreign worker quota compliance.
• Handle the processing of insurance claims for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury, etc
• Process CPF, IR8A, IR21, NSman make-up pay claim, Government-Paid Leave claim, government grants and submissions such as MOM surveys, wage surveys, etc
• Assist in monthly payroll calculation process and handle occasional commission payments and referral fees for staff
• Organize various activities such as meetings and events efficiently.
• Obtain office supplies, business cards, company seals, uniforms, etc., and distribute them to employees.
• Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 3 year’ HR-related experience
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and local legislation
• Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with different levels of employees
