Support onboarding activities for new hires
Collect, track, and verify employee documents, ensuring submissions meet company requirements and formats
Follow up with employees to obtain missing or incomplete documentation and ensure timely submissions
Assist with work pass and visa applications by gathering, organising, and submitting required documents
Update and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS
Assist with HR data migration, including validating, cleansing, and transferring employee data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Coordinate onboarding communications and scheduling
Support employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding and offboarding documentation
Follow up with internal stakeholders and employees on HR-related documentation, approvals, and administrative requests
Assist with HR administrative tasks and process improvement initiatives as required
