HR IT Intern (1 year internship)

HR Intern (HRMS)

We are looking for a HR Systems Intern to support our HR team in a system migration and implementation project.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in HR system’s data gathering, implementation, data migration, and testing (UAT)
• Support data cleansing, validation, and reporting
• Provide basic system support and assist with user training
• Document processes, user guides, and project updates
• Work with HR, end users and vendors to improve system workflows

Job Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel; knowledge of SQL or systems is a plus
• Good communication skills in writing and interpersonal skill.
• Interest in HR technology
• Prior experience in system implementation and testing would be advantageous
