What you'll do

Lead and manage a team of recruiters delivering staff augmentation solutions to clients

Own day-to-day operations — from process hygiene to performance oversight

Act as the bridge between HR best practices and commercial recruitment execution

Ensure the team hits targets without losing quality or compliance

What you bring

Solid grounding in HR knowledge — employment frameworks, workforce practices, people processes

Familiarity with staff augmentation or contingent workforce models

A natural operator — you spot inefficiencies, fix them, and keep things moving

Comfortable managing people without micromanaging them
