We’re looking for an HR Manager who doesn’t just "do HR" but builds the engine that powers our team. You won't just be managing files; you’ll be shaping our culture, scaling our talent, and ensuring that Higogame remains the best place our employees have ever worked.

What You’ll Do

• Strategy & Growth: Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business goals. As we scale, you’ll lead the charge on organizational design.

• Talent Acquisition: Own the full-cycle recruitment process. You’ll find the "unfindable" talent and ensure every candidate has a stellar experience.

• Culture & Engagement: Design and implement programs that keep our team connected, motivated, and thriving.

• Performance & Development: Lead the performance review process and create pathways for internal growth and continuous learning.

• Compliance & Ops: Keep the "boring stuff" exciting—ensure we are compliant with labor laws, manage benefits, and streamline our HR tech stack.

Who You Are

• The Balanced Pro: You have 5+ years of HR experience, but you haven’t lost your human touch. You know when to follow the handbook and when to use common sense.

• Communication: Ability to work in both English and Mandarin due to the need to work closely with our China counterparts. 

• A Culture Architect: You understand that culture isn't just about "pizza parties"—it’s about trust, clarity, and psychological safety.

• Data-Informed: You use metrics (retention rates, eNPS, time-to-hire) to tell a story and make better decisions.

• Agile: You thrive in the "gray area" and can pivot quickly as the company evolves.
