Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and compensation systems

• Handle HR administration and related documentation

• Plan and optimize the company’s human resource structure and processes

• Assess departmental operations, employee performance, and salary structures

• Support recruitment, workforce planning, and employee management

• Coordinate and improve internal HR systems and operational efficiency

• Assist management in organizational planning and process improvement

Job Requirements

• Relevant HR experience in the construction or semiconductor industry preferred

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and compensation systems

• Good organizational, leadership, and coordination skills

• Able to manage multiple responsibilities independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems

• Outgoing personality with strong management and communication abilities
